Where Do I Start?
We’re so glad you found us online! We know that being new to a church community can be a little intimidating. Please feel free to take a look around our website to find out more about who we are and what we’re all about!
What To Expect?
Your First Sunday at ReBirth
We know visiting a church for the first time can come with questions. What should I wear? Where do I go? What will the service be like? Will I feel out of place?
At ReBirth Cathedral of Praise, we want you to feel welcomed from the moment you arrive.
Whether you grew up in church, haven’t attended in years, or have never stepped inside a church before, there is a place for you at ReBirth.
We are A Whosoever Ministry and when we say whosoever, we mean you.
Come As You Are
There is no dress code at ReBirth.
You’ll see people dressed in everything from suits and dresses to jeans and casual attire. Wear what makes you comfortable. We’re far more interested in who you are than what you’re wearing.
When You Arrive
From the moment you enter, our Hospitality Team will be available to welcome you, answer your questions, and help you find your way.
If you planned your visit online, let a member of our team know when you arrive. We’ll be ready for you.
We recommend arriving about 15 minutes before worship begins so you have time to park, enter, get comfortable, and prepare for the worship experience.
Expect Worship
Worship at ReBirth is energetic, expressive, and centered on Jesus Christ.
You may experience powerful music, singing, prayer, praise, moments of reflection, and spontaneous expressions of worship. Some people may stand, clap, lift their hands, or respond during the service.
There is no pressure to do anything you're uncomfortable doing.
Participate at your own pace. Our desire is simply that you have the freedom to experience God.
Expect the Word
At ReBirth, we believe the Word of God has the power to transform lives.
You can expect preaching and teaching that is biblically grounded, spiritually challenging, practical, relevant, and filled with hope.
Our goal isn't simply for you to hear a sermon. We want you to leave with something you can apply to your life and a deeper understanding of God's purpose for you.
Expect Prayer
Prayer is an important part of who we are.
During worship, there may be opportunities for corporate prayer, personal prayer, or ministry at the altar. If you would like someone to pray with you, our ministry team will be honored to do so.
And if you would rather remain where you are, that's perfectly fine too.
What About Giving?
Guests are never obligated to give.
During worship, members and friends of ReBirth may have an opportunity to support the ministry through giving. As our guest, your presence is a gift to us.
We want you to experience ReBirth without feeling pressured.
Will I Be Singled Out as a Visitor?
No embarrassing introductions. No making you stand while everyone looks at you.
We want to welcome you without putting you on the spot.
If you choose to let us know you're visiting, we'd love the opportunity to personally welcome you and help you learn more about ReBirth but that choice is yours.
How Long Is the Service?
Our worship experience generally lasts approximately 65 mins.
Because we value both excellence and the freedom to worship, service times may occasionally vary.
What About My Children?
We are working on building our Children's Ministry so get ready!
If your children remain with you during worship, they are welcome. Families belong at ReBirth.
Photography & Livestreaming
Our worship services may be photographed, recorded, and livestreamed for our online congregation and ministry communications.
If you have questions or concerns about appearing on camera, please speak with a member of our Hospitality Team when you arrive.
Most Importantly—Expect to Belong
You don't have to have everything figured out before you come.
You don't have to know all the songs.
You don't have to know when to stand or when to sit.
And you don't have to pretend to be someone you're not.
Just come.
ReBirth Cathedral is a place where people from different generations, backgrounds, experiences, and seasons of life can encounter God and grow together.
Because this is A Whosoever Ministry.
And whosoever includes you.
Ready to Experience ReBirth?
We would love to know you're coming so we can make your first Sunday as comfortable as possible.
